I have worked in upper management meeting deadlines and managing projects with a background as an Executive Assistant for a fortune 500 company and as an Information Management specialist in the United States Air Force. As the CEO, I provide outstanding communication with vendors to determine the best terms, product availability, and negotiate prices for our customer. Carter Procurement’s moto is to always provide the best research and strive to over deliver the customer needs.

President with over 25 years experience in civil design engineering. I have taken numerous projects from inception to completion and find it quite rewarding. I have learned that projects rarely go according to plan so being solution-oriented is a valuable skill/mindset in the marketplace. I successfully operated and navigated in the GovCon space during the last market downturn in the housing industry - implementing a variety of creative solutions that generated measurable results in increasing revenue year over year. As a leader, I am constantly striving to improve and exceed expectations, working cross functional on all levels and disciplines towards common goals for project completion. As a veteran of the Armed Forces, the military instilled values of discipline, teamwork, leadership qualities, and above all loyalty and its’ importance to any mission.
